Regulate and Reboot

Thanks for joining my very first regulate and reboot course! We will meet 6 times for 90 minutes per session. You will also receive weekly workbooks and a video in each session to remind you what we learned. This is my day job, so it does need ​to be financially sustainable. Please pay what you feel able to afford to join the class. Last year it was $400, with discounts for folks on low income or with multiply marginalized identities.
